The good, the bad, and the ugly

After I had finished sewing the sleeve seams and weaving in the ends of my Retro Redux Shrug, I realized I had sewn completely wrong, and I knew exactly what I'd done wrong and what I should have been doing. Worse, I realized I'd made this mistake and let it pass on other projects!

I ripped out the sewing and got these good, flat seams. Learning continues. . . .

A pat on the back for ripping out and re-doing your seams in a timely manner. I probably would have let it sit for months! :)

We finished Thunderstruck last night, and boy did things pick up in the last third of the book. I'm interested to see what his next topics will be.

Thanks!

I finished Thunderstruck this evening! Have you read his other books? I have only read Thunderstruck and Devil in the White City.

I haven't, I didn't even know he had any others. I may have to look those up.
