Yes, I made it; it is a kit you glue together. I got it from a friend, one of those people who thinks these novelty nativity thinks are hilariously funny, not so much cute. I know a few people like that. I'm one. I mean, that whole "no graven images" concept suddenly seems like a good idea after you've seen the nativity as cats, or egg creatures, or snowmen. Don't you think?
I completely agree - last year, I saw Conan O'Brien do a segment on "just wrong" navitity scenes that the writers had made...I love stuff like that. In my youth, my grandma used to display a lighted nativity scene in her yard every year, and for whatever reason, we all called them "Jesus lights", and we all thought it was hilarious, even then!
